Presentation and Q&A Session
Adam begins with a Science of Speed presentation. This will be tailored to the technical knowledge of the audience. For instance, a Formula SAE team will receive a more advanced presentation than a track day novice group. The presentation is followed by a Q&A session. |
Track Tour or Classroom Session
Adam will also provide a track tour or classroom session on how to break down a track and optimize each section in a variety of different types of car. This is an interactive session and will include discussion of how the line might change with conditions and different levels of car control skills. |
Cockpit and Driving Ergonomics Session
If a car is available, Adam will include a hands-on session dealing with optimizing driving ergonomics. He provides a breakdown of possible improvements to steering wheel, pedal, and cockpit parts and geometry. This will include instruction on how a driver can more effectively interact with the controls. |
