​Establish Goals
Adam's sessions are typically improvement or competition oriented.   During non-competition days he focuses on identifying areas for short and long-term improvement with the driver.  During a competition day he assists the team and driver in working out the best line and driving strategy to ensure the best possible result for qualifying and race.

Track Analysis
Adam will teach the driver how to break down the track and optimize each section so they understand how to achieve the optimal lap.  This will include discussion of how their line might change with conditions and improvement in car control skills.  He will review video and data with the driver when applicable.  Adam does not ride along for hot sessions as he will need a straight ahead video shot of the track showing the steering wheel for proper analysis of the driver.

Cockpit and Driving Ergonomics
Adam can often find noticeable gains from optimizing driving ergonomics so he provides a breakdown of possible improvements to steering wheel, pedal, and cockpit parts and geometry.  This will include instruction on how the driver can more effectively interact with the controls.
Training Program
Adam will also provide a recommended training program based on the driver's current skill level.  While much knowledge can be gained during a coaching session, most driver development will be done afterwards as a driver trains in the areas that are identified as having the most potential for improvement.

Road Atlanta - $1850/day
Other tracks within 300 miles of Atlanta - $2150/day + business class lodging
All other tracks ​- $2450/day + business class travel and lodging.
