Video-Based Driver Coaching
Lead author and head instructor Adam Brouillard offers remote coaching services for auto and sim racers. If they desire, the driver will be able to submit a video of one of their laps for analysis. For a basic analysis, the video should show the steering wheel and a straight ahead view of the track. For more advanced analysis, a data overlay will be needed. Speed and throttle position are the most important, plus brake pressure if available.

One-on-One Email
If a lap video is provided, Mr. Brouillard will provide an analysis of the driver's line and car control technique as well as provide specific advice on how the driver should focus their efforts to reach the next level of their skill progression. The goal of these sessions is not just to make improvements at a certain track, but to ensure a driver understands how to identify mistakes and optimize their own driving. |
Flexible Sessions
A driver can purchase coaching in time blocks and then use the time as necessary. Email time is counted as 50 words per minute. Each video analysis requested takes 30 minutes in addition to response/consultation time.

Track Notes Included
Drivers will also receive digital Track Notes of their choice. One for every hour of coaching purchased. |
Driver Expectations
Before signing up for coaching Mr. Brouillard expects a driver to have finished reading and be familiar with the Science of Speed book series as well as completed all Academy lessons.
